ive worked at moonlite for two years now.
what i do there is work in carry out.
i started in carry out two years ago, and that where i am now.
i wouldnt wanna work in any other area in the restaurant besides carry out. i get along with everyone that i work with.
i cut meats on the saw, i slice meats on the slicer.
i take call-in orders on the phone, i take peoples orders who just walk in and order.
i take food out to the buffet when they call for them, or when they need them out there.
the meats that i work with are..
chopped mutton, sliced mutton, chopped pork, sliced pork, chopped beef, sliced beef, pork ribs, mutton ribs, chicken, turkey, ham.
and probably more, i just cant think of them right now.
during the week i work nights usually from 2 to close.
i work nights on saturday too. but on sundays i work in the morning, i have to be there at 8 in the morning.
i dont like getting up early for work but i deal with it.
